Bidding Requirements:

  2. Reseller Certificate: A reseller certificate is a simple form that you need to fill out and upload to our website.

  3. Special Provision for Tax-Exempt States: Residents of Canada or Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon must acknowledge that they are shipping to Canada or a state without a sales tax.

Auction Terms:

  1. Final Sales: All sales are final, with no returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
  2. Condition of Lots: Items are sold as-is. Review item photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.
  3. Shipping: Free shipping is provided to the contiguous US. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, request a shipping quote via email.
  4. Payment Terms:
    • Orders under $2,000 (Shelf Pulls): Payment is due within 24 hours via PayPal invoice, payable online with PayPal or a credit card.
    • Orders over $2,000 or Customer Returns: Payment is required via bank wire by the next business day.
  5. Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in order cancellation, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.
  6. Bidding Process: Your bid will update the auction to your submitted amount, even if you are the current highest bidder.
  7. Auction Extension: Bids placed within the last 30 seconds extend the auction by one minute.
